About me
I have served for 25 years in the field of Education. I've taught Kindergarten, First Grade, and Second Grade. I'm the newly appointed Principal at Monticello Elementary in Monticello, Arkansas after having served as the Assistant Principal for 6 years. I have a passion for students and learning and I really enjoy working with teachers and students in Lower Elementary. "Kids are my Business" and I love it when the business is good! To teach or to educate is to touch a life forever. Educators make all other professions possible!! Student behavior can impact instruction and the learning environment either positively or negatively and it’s necessary to have plans, strategies, consequences and rewards in place.
