About me
David Stepp is the Federal Programs Coordinator and 504 Coordinator for the Elkins School District, located in Northwest Arkansas. He has been in education for 40 years. He holds degrees from Evangel University and from Arkansas State University. He began his teaching career as a Social Studies teacher / Coach and then moved into administration as an assistant principal, building principal, and then to the District level as the Federal Programs Coordinator.
