About me
I have dedicated the past 23 years to the field of education. My journey began at Turrell Public School District in Turrell, Arkansas, where I taught math and science and developed a strong passion for data-driven instruction. This interest led me to serve as the K–12 District Math Coach at Turrell, supporting teachers and students across grade levels. I later joined Jonesboro Public Schools as the Math Facilitator at MicroSociety Magnet School, where I spent 11 years—eight in the facilitator role and three as the School Guidance Counselor. For the past six years, I have been part of the Greene County Tech Primary team. I served four years as a Math Facilitator and am now entering my third year as Assistant Principal. Throughout my career, my mission has remained the same: to ensure every student feels seen, heard, and valued. I believe this foundation creates the trust and openness necessary for meaningful learning and academic growth.
