About me
We are Licensed Clinical Social Workers and consultants with more than 25 years of combined experience working in schools, crisis response, behavioral health, and multidisciplinary collaboration. Through CTM Consulting, we partner with schools across Arkansas to strengthen Behavioral Threat Assessment and Management (BTAM) practices, helping districts move beyond compliance to create systems that support safety, consistency, and defensible decision-making.
As former school social workers, we understand the challenges schools face when responding to concerning student behavior. We believe schools are strongest when professionals collaborate, share best practices, and learn from one another.
