About me
Dr. Childress has completed her 13th year as a building administrator. She obtained her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Arkansas in 2019. Under her leadership, Raymond F. Orr Elementary achieved High Reliability Schools Level 4 Certification and became a PLC Model School.
