About me
John M. West, Ed.D. is a State Leadership Development Coach for the Arkansas Department of Education’s Office of Coordinated Support and Service. With over two decades of administrative experience at every level of K-12 education , he works alongside Arkansas district and building leaders to optimize operations, enhance instructional practices, and build strong leadership systems. Dr. West holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and also trains aspiring administrators through higher education principal preparation programs.
