Dr. Jeremy S. Owoh serves as Superintendent of the Jacksonville North Pulaski School District and President of the ISTE+ASCD Board of Directors. With more than two decades of experience in education, he has served as a teacher, principal, assistant commissioner at the Arkansas Department of Education, deputy superintendent, and superintendent in multiple Arkansas school districts. Dr. Owoh is recognized for his work in transformational leadership, educational innovation, school improvement, and creating future-ready learning environments that empower all students to succeed.
