About me
Dr. Katti Worley has dedicated 15 years of service to the students, staff, and families of Conway Public Schools, building a career centered on instructional leadership, organizational growth, and a steadfast commitment to student success. She began her career at Conway Junior High School as an English teacher before transitioning to the district level as a Technology Instructional Specialist. In that role, she partnered with educators across the district to integrate innovative instructional technologies that enhanced teaching practices, increased student engagement, and improved learning outcomes. Dr. Worley earned her Bachelor of Science in Education, Master of Science in School Leadership, and Educational Specialist in School Leadership degrees from the University of Central Arkansas. She furthered her educational leadership preparation by earning an Educational Doctorate (Ed.D.) in School Leadership from Arkansas Tech University in May 2019. Originally from Texas, Dr. Worley came to Arkansas as a collegiate softball student-athlete and quickly developed a deep connection to the Conway community, which she now proudly calls home. She and her husband, who serves with the Conway Police Department as a School Resource Officer (SRO) Supervisor, are the proud parents of their son, Maverick. Throughout her career, Dr. Worley has remained dedicated to fostering positive school cultures, supporting educators, and ensuring that all students have opportunities to achieve success both academically and personally.
